So Many Consultants! Too Little Money, Too Little Time...

Does this sound familiar? Or maybe one of these scenarios does:

I really should bring a consultant in because I don't have the time to get everything done?

(So I delegate a little bit more to my staff then I work on the weekend...)

I don't have enough staff to help my agency grow?

(Then it must not be the right time to grow or I'll work more hours...)

I need grants written to get money for new programs but I have no time to write them and I've never done it before?

(I ask a friend who is in grad school to do it cheap, or I try and give up.)

I just don't know what comes next for us. We're doing well, but stagnating and soon we will lose donors/customers if we don't change or grow something.

(Let's throw a gala! Then find out how much time and work those are...)

It's a crazy time. Employee turnover, interest rates, consumer price indexes, crime rates and what is happening daily in our world impact business, donations, staffing - all aspects of a smooth running organization. That can be daunting for a smaller nonprofit trying to deliver services in our communities. Then add government funding and donations that have been decreasing recently and this becomes a huge threat to community health and stability.

We want to help. Together, we will map out some strategies to help your employees stay longer (creating stability in the workplace and community), identify grant opportunities and how we can help get them ready for you efficiently, or create a fundraising strategy that you are comfortable with and will support the growth you want to see in your agency. Most of all, we want to help you Plan. Produce. and Progress.
