With over 30 years of fundraising, marketing, and nonprofit leadership experience, she has built a network of trusted relationships with experts across the nonprofit and small business landscape. Whether you need executive coaching, strategic planning, graphic design, or an auction emcee, she has the skills and connections to turn your vision into reality!
Gerianne has held key positions in local and national nonprofit agencies, where she excelled in diversifying fundraising portfolios, launching exciting community events, and managing regional and national accounts. Her work and her teams have won awards through the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and the American Marketing Association of Rochester (Pinnacle Awards). Locally, she made a significant impact as the Chief Advancement Officer at Villa of Hope and as the Vice President of Development and Communications at Lollypop Farm, all while coaching staff and volunteers.
In 2024, Gerianne was recognized as a finalist for the prestigious ATHENA International Award, and she’s a certified Global Master Trainer through the AFP and a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE). As an adjunct at SUNY Empire State, she’s dedicated to shaping the next generation of nonprofit leaders by guiding students in their experiential learning.
Beyond her professional achievements, Gerianne is a former president of the Greece Rotary Club and Penfield-Perinton Kiwanis Club, and she serves on the advisory board of Push Physical Theatre. She and her husband, David, are proud parents to Rich Farrands and two adorable rescue dogs!
